Our delivery agent might inspect the return during Pick Up. You will receive a new item at no additional cost if you decide to swap the item you purchased on Anarpot for a different size in the same style within the allotted exchange time. We make sure to make you fall in love with the product you ordered. But if something is not right, then let us know. You may return or exchange the merchandise or even get a new style, color, or design by following the simple process we have designed especially for your comfort.

Exchange Terms:

We know you love what you ordered, and if there is some small defect, we are happy to get you a fresh piece in exchange. But, there are few terms associated with return:

• Place exchange request within 3 business days of receiving the package.Exchange due to change in size is only acceptable.
• The product should be unused and in its original condition.
• The price tags and the brand tags must be present in their original state.
• Garments on sale or customized garments will not be applicable for exchange.
• Multiple exchanges on a single order are not allowed.
